Three Year Limited Warranty
SPARK warrants all components and hardware for its barn door kits against defects in workmanship and materials subject to ordinary wear and tear, for the limited life of these products. This includes all hardware components of track, spacers, anti-jump blocks, straps, stoppers, installation screws/bolts, and door guides for a period of three (3) years. Soft-close devices are warranted for 100,000 cycles of operation.
Warranties are void if the hardware
*has been improperly used, installed, modified, or tampered with.
*has been overloaded
*has been used in an exterior or commercial application
*is installed in an unsafe manner, or in a manner not recommended by SPARK.
In the event of a defect, malfunction, or other failures of the product to which this warranty applies, SPARK will remedy the failure or defect, without charge to the consumer within thirty (30) days.
